David Beshay

Property has been part of David’s life long before it became his career. As a teenager, he worked alongside his father on property investments and developments, sparking an interest that led him through civil engineering and ultimately back to real estate. Today, as Director and Licensee of Beshay Realty, David brings that practical property background to an energetic, hands-on approach.

Energetic, driven and relentlessly focused, David communicates openly, negotiates with confidence and has a genuine tendency to go further than expected for the people he represents. He takes the time to understand what matters to each client and works hard to deliver an outcome they can feel genuinely proud of. His results have seen him recognised with multiple RateMyAgent awards, backed by consistently outstanding client feedback.

David founded Beshay Realty with a simple belief that real estate could be done better — with higher standards, smarter marketing, more innovation and genuine care for people, not just the transaction. For David, leading a local, family-owned agency means being able to put those values into practice every day and build the kind of business he would want to deal with himself.

Away from real estate, David’s favourite time is spent with his family and Lala, their Bernese Mountain Dog. He’s also always keen to track down a great bowl of pho, with a decaf coffee usually not too far behind.
